Olive can do wonders to your diet


             you can prefer them in green or black, olives provide much nutritions to your meals. In Greeks point of view, they represent nobility and peace but more than that they know this provides
more healthy.

            Olive oil helps to keep cholesterol  in minimum levels and controls the blood sugar. It is one of the easiest to digest as it is monounsaturated.Add olives in vegetable salad and dip a slice of whole-grain bread,take as a snaks at evening time instead of taking heavy meal.

            It (Olive) can be added to spicy dishes and in food items for crspy. Try to making sauces and dressings with olives. Make a mix of olive oil with onions, herbs (oregano, thyme etc) and garlic for pasta sauces. Use olive oil to marinate your meat dishes to delicious taste to ur non-vegitarian food

           For Dip frying and vegetation , it's best to use regular olive oil. Additional flavour to olive oil by infusing the oil with sprigs of dried herbs. It's best to stored in a dark spots and in a tightly covered container. For turning into thick olive oil place it in refrigerators.

           olives can be munching  in the pickled form or else eat just plain.They also make a healthy snack eaten on their own.
